During the epidemic, my visa encountered big problems. I asked three agencies, only Jasmine, she quickly understood my situation and immediately proposed a solution when I consulted. In the past, I spent money to consult other lawyers , they are very slowly and even made mistakes. And their company contract is very transparent, they won't give you random prices, and the fees are paid in stages. And often give you the initiative to report the progress of the work. In the harsh Covid lockdown time in Sydney, I was anxious that the application could be delayed or denied. The HECT team responded in a fast and assuring manner. We had a discussion over the phone first. Thanks to the discussion I applied for 155 visa before leaving Australia, which saved me troubles as my PR was expiring in half year.
